The EU law grants you the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of delivery – no reason is needed. You can also withdraw before your order ships by contacting our support team via our general contact form.

To submit your withdrawal request, complete the form below. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your request is submitted.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund before it leaves our warehouse. If it has already shipped, you will need to return the item to us at your own cost. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your full refund within 14 days.
