Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING OUR PLASTIC BAGS:
Due to high demand, some orders containing our Plastic Bags may take a little longer to ship. While most orders are still going out on time, in rare cases fulfillment may take up to 3–4 weeks. We’re doing our best to ship as quickly as possible and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Domestic

• Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days. However, during high-volume drops or other seasonal peak periods, processing may take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
• Shipping typically takes 3-6 business days once the package has been picked up by the carrier, but delays from the carrier can happen.

International

• We currently offer flat rate international shipping to select countries. Our shipping rates include duties and taxes.
• Orders are generally processed within 3-6 business days. However, during high-volume drops or other seasonal peak periods, processing may take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
• Shipping takes 10-14 business days once the package has been picked up by the carrier. This does not including any customs delays that may be out of our control.
• We are unable to ship to international post office boxes.

Additional Info

• We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.
• Orders with multiple items may require additional processing time.
• Pre-order items will ship during the dates listed on the product page at time of purchase.
• We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
• Customer is responsible for any re-delivery fees.
