Shipping
Domestic
- Orders are generally processed within 3-6 business days. However, during high-volume drops or other seasonal peak periods, processing may take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days once the package has been picked up by the carrier, but delays from the carrier can happen.
International
We currently offer flat rate international shipping to select countries. Our shipping rates include duties and taxes.
- Orders are generally processed within 3-6 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping takes 10-14 business days once the package has been picked up by the carrier. This does not including any customs delays that may be out of our control.
- We are unable to ship to international post office boxes.

- We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.
- Orders with multiple items may require extra processing time.
- Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the Terms & Conditions at time of purchase.
- We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
- Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee.
