BAGS
- ALL BAGS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
SALE ITEMS
- ANY DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
- ELIGIBLE ITEMS PURCHASED AT THE TELFAR NYC FLAGSHIP MUST BE RETURNED TO THE STORE. IN-STORE PURCHASES CANNOT BE RETURNED VIA OUR ONLINE RETURN PORTAL.
ONLINE PURCHASES
ONLINE RETURNS MUST ADHERE TO THE BELOW GUIDELINES:
- Eligible returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the shipment's delivery date.
- Eligible items purchased online must be returned via the online return portal. Online orders cannot be returned in-store.
- Bags are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Jewelry may only be returned if it is unopened.
- Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product and original packaging intact.
- Returning multiple items or orders may result in additional return processing time as we verify each return item.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs + fees.
- US: A return label will be provided by TELFAR, and return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
- INTERNATIONAL: You are responsible for purchasing your own shipping label plus all applicable duties and taxes. TELFAR will not accept the return if duties and taxes are not pre-paid by the customer.
- Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your shipment is deemed undeliverable and returned back to us by the carrier (return to sender), our team will contact you via email once it arrives back at our warehouse. You’ll then have the option to either reship your order (reshipment fees may apply) or receive a refund (minus a small restocking fee). If we don’t receive a response within 14 days of our initial email, a refund will be issued automatically, minus the restocking fee.
