Shipping Policy

Standard Domestic 

  • Orders are generally processed from our warehouse within 3-5 business days.

  • BUT, during high-volume drops, sales, or promos, processing may take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is processed and handed off to the carrier, delivery usually takes 3-6 business days. Just a heads up that carriers can sometimes run into delays, which is out of our control.

  • As soon as your order ships, you'll get tracking info sent to your email.

Expedited Domestic (2 business days) 

  • Orders placed before 12pm ET, Monday - Friday, will arrive within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm ET will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

  • To guarantee your 2-day delivery window, please make sure your order details are correct before placing your order. Any order adjustments (such as address changes, item changes, etc.) requested after purchase may affect your delivery date.

  • Available for orders shipping within the contiguous 48 states only.

International

  • We currently offer flat rate international shipping to select countries. Our shipping rates include duties and import taxes.

  • In accordance with EU law, TELFAR is required to collect VAT on applicable orders shipped to Europe. This VAT is collected and remitted to the EU in compliance with these regulations.

  • Orders are generally processed within 3-6 business days. However, during high-volume drops or other seasonal peak periods, processing may take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • Shipping takes 10-14 business days once the package has been picked up by the carrier. This does not including any customs delays that may be out of our control.

  • We are unable to ship to international post office boxes.


Additional Info

  • We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.

  • Orders with multiple items may require additional processing time.

  • Pre-order items will ship during the dates listed on the product page at time of purchase.

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Customer is responsible for any re-delivery fees.
